EveningFest Returning to Meaford Hall with Apple-Inspired Creativity

EveningFest is back, and this time the winter celebration is going local. On Saturday, January 31, from 7 to 9 pm, Meaford Hall will host an event that aims to brighten the midwinter season with creativity, laughter, and a shared sense of pride in local arts.

Everyone is invited to gather, dress with flair if they like, and take part in an evening designed to bring out the playful side of the community. The 2026 edition promises a night of art, fashion, music, dance, and activities, all playfully themed around apples, Meaford’s favourite fruit.

Last year’s EveningFest drew a packed crowd, proving how much the community loves a night of creativity and connection. Organizers are building on that success with a focus on apples, blending Meaford’s history with imagination. Guests can expect apple-themed interactive art stations, performances, photo moments, temporary tattoos, and other creative surprises. There will be opportunities to mingle, enjoy local talent, and join in the activities.

The energy at last year’s EveningFest was incredible,” said organizers. “People came to have fun, support the arts, and celebrate this town. We want to bring that same excitement back, this time with an apple twist that feels very Meaford.”

Funds raised during the evening will go toward the Art in the Wild Summer Show, an outdoor exhibition that brings visual art into nature along the Georgian Trail. The event supports artists and enhances Meaford’s cultural vibrancy for residents and visitors alike.

Tickets can be purchased on the Meaford Downtown website at www.meaforddowntown.ca
