Mixed Movements’ co-ed recreational NFL FLAG Football League was back on the field this past weekend at Georgian Bay Community School, as local athletes played their first games of the season. The second weekend of the program was a great start to game play, with athletes learning the fundamentals of flag football in a positive, team-focused environment. On Saturday, August 15, Sail Georgian Bay sailing school, located at Meaford's Harbour, hosted its annual Ironside Youth Regatta, with sailors from Meaford, Collingwood, and for the first time, Wiarton. Two classes of dinghy sail boats were raced: C420s and RS Zests.
