The Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has announced a temporary relocation for administrative services.
For the month of June 2017, the Grey County OPP will be unable to process fingerprint or police record check requests at the Meaford Satellite location. Residents needing fingerprints or record checks in June are asked to attend the Grey County OPP Administration Center in Chatsworth located at 317057 Highway 6 & 10. Office hours at this detachment are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“I recognize that some people will be inconvenienced by this temporary change. I thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this temporary administrative change and I assure you that policing operations will not be affected. Grey County OPP officers will be available 24 hours a day by OPP dispatch at 1-888-310-1122,” said Acting Staff Sergeant Kevin Muir, Interim Operations Manager, Grey County OPP.
