Dear Editor,
Please allow me to thank the teachers who had their classes make valentines for the veterans today. They were uplifting for the vets, but more so the families who love them. The families know that the children know, that the old folks are not just statistics, but real, feeling people, who are still important.
To the teachers, a heart-felt ‘Thank you’. Well done.
