The Meaford Public Library has announced the upcoming presentation of Canadian humourist author Terry Fallis on Thursday, September 14, at 2 p.m. in the Meaford Hall Galleries.
Fallis is a two-time winner of the Stephen Leacock Medal for Humour, and an award-winning author of nine bestsellers, including his most recent, A New Season.
He will be speaking about A New Season, which was just published on August 29. It is a novel full of sincerity and warmth with an exploration of aging, loss, family, friendship, and love. A New Season shows us all that, sometimes, making a change in your life can save your life – all with Fallis’s trademark humour.
There will be complimentary snacks provided at the event and a cash bar. Copies of the book will be available to purchase, courtesy of Jessica’s Book Nook. Cash, credit, or debit accepted.
