Grey County OPP have charged a boat operator on Sunday (August 3) after their Marine Unit was patrolling Georgian Bay near Meaford when they spotted a boat pulling a water skier without a spotter.
The 58 year old Blue Mountains resident who was operating of the 2002 SeaRay, was charged with Operating Vessel to Tow a Person on Water Without a Person on Board Keeping Watch of Person being Towed under the Small Vessel Regulations of the Canada Shipping Act.
