On Monday, June 9, at approximately 8:11 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from Jet Variety located on Sykes St., S., Meaford.
Just before midnight on June 6, a woman was observed taking a flower planter from outside Jet Variety store. The suspect was identified and charged with theft under $5000 – shoplifting.
The 28 year old Meaford woman is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on July 17, 2014.
