Just a few thoughts on a new name for Meaford. Every Thursday, bocce players from the Municipality of Meaford gather for a game, year round.
This week we kicked around a new name for our municipality, keeping in mind the ultimate cost to rebrand; stationary, roadside signs, municipal vehicles, and so much more.
Wow, want to spend money? Just change the name and watch the change mount up.
If we must seriously think about it, the North Sydenham Bocce Club (Original Chapter) would like to suggest a short name, one invented by Paul Simon: “You can just call me Al.”
Al would be an apt recognizable name.
