The Municipality of Meaford has partnered with Golden Town Outreach to ensure all residents have equal access to recreational programming.
$30,000 of tax supported funds are available for individuals to participate in a wide variety of activities within the municipality and surrounding area.
Funding is available for youth and adults for all aspects of participation including:

Non-resident fees for minor sports

Recreational school trips

Equipment costs
-
Transportation costs
-
Registration fees.
Funding is determined by Revenue Canada’s Low Income Cut-Offs (LICOs) before tax amount, with additional cut-off funds added to youth and adult thresholds.
