Grey County OPP responded to a report of sexual assault at Georgian Bay Secondary School (GBSS) on Thursday, November 27. The police investigation revealed that the victim, a 15 year old female student, was lured into a bathroom at the school where she was inappropriately touched by a male student.
The accused, also 15 years of age, was arrested and charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement. He has been suspended from school.
He is scheduled to appear in Youth Justice Court in Owen Sound on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
