Dear Editor,
On Friday, August 26, a pet owner had their dog in the fountain situated at the entrance to the cemetery. I was shocked and angered.
We have front yards, back yards, trails and a doggie park.
I am proud to say we have one of the nicest and well-maintained cemeteries in the area, thanks to Mark and his staff. Let’s try to keep it that way.
With respect, perhaps council will re-think banning all animals leashed or unleashed off the property of our beautiful cemetery.
