New School Expected to Be Complete in Two Years

The Bluewater District School Board held a public meeting on Monday, December 11 to present preliminary plans for the $24.1 million school to be built on the property that is currently home to St. Vincent/Euphrasia School.

Public Meeting for New School Build in Meaford on December 11

GBCS site plan270The Bluewater District School Board is holding a public meeting to receive community feedback regarding the design of the new Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 school that will soon be built to replace Georgian Bay Community School in Meaford.

Members of the community, including students, parents/guardians, staff, and municipal representatives, are invited to attend the meeting on Monday, December 11, beginning at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium of the current Georgian Bay Community School.
