Chamber Elects New Board, Looks to the Future

In her speech opening the meeting, Chamber President Shirley Keaveney said that in spite of the challenges and difficulties facing the Chamber in recent months, she finds her involvement with the Chamber to be rewarding.

An innovative new project from Meaford's Bighead Hops means more local ingredients in your beer mug.  With $30,000 in support from the Greenbelt Fund and funding from the Ontario government, Bighead Hops is increasing market opportunities for Ontario hops growers to provide craft brewers more local ingredients.
