On behalf of the families of Irene Perry-Rogers, we would like to thank so many people.
First and foremost, a special thank you to all the personnel in our Health Care system. From the quick response of the Ambulance personnel to the kind and caring staff at Meaford General Hospital. Your thoughtful words and caring ways will not be forgotten.
Secondly, we’d like to thank the terrific staff at Ferguson Funeral Home. Your guidance and understanding has been a blessing.
And finally, to the incredible people from the Meaford area, those who are originally from here, as well as really good friends from other provinces. Your words of remembrance have reminded us of a very special little lady. Thank you for sharing your memories of fun times, great conversations, her ever present smile, her kind heart, her ability to make everyone feel welcome, and last but not least, the little gal who gave the best ‘shampoos’. Thank you so much for the flowers, cards, posts, and reactions on social media as well as your expression of sympathy in person. It all means a great deal to us and helps us in our healing.
And so it will be a final “Good Night Irene”, however, as she was always one to have a final word or a one liner, she’d say, “See ya Darling” or “Love ya Lots”. We’ll reply back with “Love you more!”.
